Coping with job dissatisfaction: how to find a new direction?

Hello everyone! Last week we talked about job dissatisfaction, saying that there are several signs that can let us know that it is time to take a step forward in our career.


Among the signs we find precisely dissatisfaction, which can be related to several reasons: lack of growth prospects, lack of professional/personal fulfillment, or repetitiveness of the activities we perform in our daily lives.

If you find yourself in this situation, don't worry, because there are ways to cope with and overcome this feeling:


1) As always, the first piece of advice is to think deeply about why do you feel this way? what are you missing? What are your interests? Thinking about what satisfies you will help you find a new direction.


2) If changing careers completely is not currently possible or is not what you want, consider whether there are opportunities to grow or move within your current company. Talk to your manager or HR to explore such possibilities.


3) Confront a person who can give you guidance, whether it is a mentor or a career counselor, it can always be very helpful, to talk to a person with the ability to help you explore your options, identify.


Remember, dealing with job dissatisfaction takes time and effort. Be patient with yourself during the transition process and keep in mind that change can bring
